Dawn’s Traveling Studio

DSD Post traveling studioAre you looking to learn new skills? Would you like time to make new work?  I will travel to your town/city and provide art workshops for adults as well as 12 to 17 yrs.

DRAWING WITH PAINT: PORTRAITS AND LANDSCAPES

Bring photographs of family members and/or landscapes to reference. The focus will be on composition, colour and successfully translating photos into painting. Mini art history lessons are available for all the classes, using examples from around Alberta and the world including contemporary examples.

Want to learn more? TWO DAY classes will introduce mixed media techniques using collages and stencil.  Beginners to Advanced Welcome!

Don’t have enough supplies?  I will provide supplies for an extra fee!  Workshop Prices vary based on length of class, travel and supplies. (Min of 3 hour classes).

This course will address various issues artists are confronted with when seeking development of portfolios and greater exposure for their artwork. This course will cover
